Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, please return the unused item via mail and we will replace it or refund the purchase cost. Unfortunately, we cannot cover shipping costs in these instances.
We cannot accept returns of skeins that have been wound into balls or used.
The availability of custom orders is dependent on our current stock and dyeing schedule. Please contact us (email@example.com) to inquire.
Because all yarn is hand dyed, we cannot guarantee that all skeins of the same colorway will be exactly the same. If you are knitting a project that requires multiple skeins, we recommend alternating skeins every few rows.
Items in cart are held for 5 minutes during checkout. If you do not complete your checkout during this time, the items will be released to other customers.
